Cascade GIS was contracted by Firwood Design Group to provide mapping and analysis support for the City of Happy Valley’s Storm System Development Charges (SDC) Update.  Work included an impervious surfaces analysis, basin delineation, basin calculations, and mapping the zoning, hydro, and storm pipe system across multiple basins.
