Cascade GIS performed spatial analysis and prepared maps for a land use application and presentation to Douglas County, Oregon, for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Rezone, Determination of Non-Resource Lands, and a Goal 14 Exception. Spatial analysis included determining constraints related to suitable agriculture on the property, trees, wetlands, and soils. Multiple maps for the technical reports and presentation slides were prepared, along with tabulated calculations.
